【摘要】 目的　了解 O15 7:H7大肠杆菌在芜湖地区动物宿主中的存在现状及其生物学特性。方法　 2 0 0 0年 6～ 10月选择芜湖县境内畜禽粪便标本及养殖场饲料和水样标本 894份 ,以免疫磁珠法和血清学方法检测 O15 7:H7大肠杆菌。结果　 894份标本中检出 3株 O15 7:H 7大肠杆菌 ,检出率为 0 .34 %。检出菌株产毒情况 :羊标本检出菌株产志贺毒素和溶血素 ,奶牛标本检出菌株产溶血素 ,猪标本检出菌株不产毒。结论　芜湖地区存在 O15 7:H7大肠杆菌 ,应引起足够的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the distribution and biological features of Escherichia coli O157:H7 in animal host in Wuhu area. Methods Dejecta specimens from livestock and fowls, feedingstuff and water specimens were collected for detection of E.coli O157:H7 by immunomagentic particle and serological test in Wuhu county from June to Octerber in 2000. Results 894 specimens were detected, and 3 strains of E.coli O157:H7 were isolated from pigs, cattle and sheep. Detecting rate of E.coli O157:H7 was 0.34 percent. The isolated strains from sheep could produce SLT and Hly, from cattle could produce Hly. Conclusions E.coli O157:H7 can be detected in animal host in Wuhu, which should be paid attention enough to.更多还原
