棒材热连轧力能参数的解析
Rolling Force and Energy Parameter for Hot Continuous Bar Rolling
【摘要】 采用三维流函数法对棒材热连轧时的椭圆 -圆孔型系统进行了力能参数的解析 ,其结果与实测结果符合很好。计算结果的准确程度取决于形状函数的真实性
【Abstract】 Using three dimensional fluxional function , the rolling force and energy parameters of oval round pass sequences for hot continuous bar rolling were analyzed. The results agree with the measured values. The calculated precision lies on authenticity of shape function.
