带有内置过滤元件的流化床颗粒层形成和保持影响因素的实验研究
Study on the Forming and Holding of Granular in a Fluidized Bed with Granular Filter
【摘要】 整体煤气化联合循环 (IGCC)、增压流化床联合循环 (PFBC)等新型、高效的能源清洁转换系统都需要一套运行可靠、高效、维护简单的高温或常温煤气净化装置。该文利用光导纤维对一个实验规模的带有内置过滤元件的三维流化床的颗粒浓度特性进行了实验研究。研究表明 ,L阀、卸料口的位置及局部颗粒浓度对过滤元件颗粒层的形成和保持有重要影响。颗粒浓度功率谱显示床内气 固混合以低频为主 ,混合良好
【Abstract】 Successful development of advanced coal fired power conversion,such as IGCC,PFBC, etc.often requires reliable and efficient cleanup devices which can remove particulate and gaseous pollutants from high pressure and high temperature gas streams.Research on the fluidized bed with granular filter has been done with fiber measure system.The result shows that local solid concentration and the locations of L valve and discharge opening have important effect on the forming and holding of granular.Gas solid mixing is mainly in low frequency.
