【摘要】 提出了利用铜镍电镀污泥生产金属铜和硫酸镍的工艺流程 ,并用试验考察了各工序的技术经济指标。试验结果表明 ,铜粉品位大于 90 % ,铜的回收率大于 95 % ,硫酸镍质量达到工业一级 ,镍回收率大于 80 % ,浸出渣和净化渣经固化处理后可作普通建筑材料使用 ,工艺过程产生的废水可以达标排放更多还原

【Abstract】 The process flow by extracting copper powder and nickel sulfate from electroplating sludge is put forward.The technical and economic target of each procedure is investigated by test.It is shown that copper powder grade more than 90%,coefficient of copper recovery more than 95%,rate of nickel recovery more than 80%.Nickel sulfate quality reaches industrial first grade.The solidification residue could be used as common building material.Wastewater of technical process could be discharged after coming up to the standard.更多还原
