【摘要】 目的 :研究牛珀至宝微丸对热应激反应内毒素休克大鼠影响。方法 :将雄性Wistar大鼠 4 5只随机分成 3组 :a :热应激 +牛珀至宝微丸 +内毒素组 ;b :热应激 +NS +内毒素组 ;C :NS +内毒素对照组。分别予以热应急处理或热应激处理后灌注牛珀至宝微丸或单独灌注生理盐水后 ,静脉注射内毒素 (LPS) ,然后取注射LPS前和后 2h的动脉血分离血浆测定TNF -α,同时用二导生理仪记录血压等。结果 :动物注射LPS后血压明显降低 ,TNF -α浓度明显升高 ,热应激反应能降低其浓度(P <0 0 5) ,而牛珀至宝微丸能加强其作用 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :牛珀至宝微丸能加强大鼠对热应激反应更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:to make research on the effect of niubozhibo pills on endotoxic shock rat caused by hat stress reaciton.Method:forty five male Wistar rats were divided into three groups at random:(1)group of heat stress and niubo zhibao pills as well as endotoxin;(2)gruop of heat stress and NS as well as endotoxin;(3)control group of NS and endotoxin.And each group was treated with heat stress or filled with niubo zhibao pills or NS alone after heat stress treatment respectively and given intravenous injection of endotoxin(LPS).Then arterial blood 2 hours before and after LPS injection were extracted for plasma separation and TNF α was determined and at the same time its blood pressure were recorded with 2 channel physiological instrument.Result:the rats′ blood pressure was reduced after LPS injection and its TNF α concentration was obviously improved and heat stress reaction could reduce its concentration ( P <0 05),while niubo zhibao pills could strengthen that function ( P <0 05).Conclustion:Niubo zhibo pills could strengthen rat′s reaction to heat stress.更多还原
