【摘要】 目的　研究大隐静脉汇入股静脉点 (隐股点 )的定位 ,为基础研究及临床应用提供解剖学资料。方法　解剖 3 3具成人尸体左、右大隐静脉及周围组织直至其汇入股静脉处 ,进行肉眼观测并行统计学分析。结果　解剖定位 :以耻骨结节为圆心 ,直径约 4 15cm为圆 ,与同侧腹股沟韧带下 3 95cm平行线 (以下肢纵轴线为基准 )相交点 ;临床定位 :在腹股沟韧带中点处触及股动脉搏动内侧约 0 5cm处 ,距离腹股沟韧带下 3 95cm处。结论　大隐静脉根部结构关系复杂 ;隐股点与腹股沟韧带、耻骨结节、股动脉三者关系密切 ,尤其是后二者 ;定位应根据三者综合确定。本文提供的定位方法在大隐静脉剥脱手术中进行应用具有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the localization of the saphenofemoral junction. Method 33 adult corpses were anatomied with the left and right great saphenous veins(GSVs) being investigated, original data were obtained,counted and reconstructed Result The left distances from the saphenofemoral junction to the pubic tubercle and the inguinal liagment are 4 15cm and 4 16cm respectively,while the right distances are 3 95 cm and 4 04cm respectively (P>0 05) The saphenofemoral junction can be localized anatomically 4 15cm off the pubic tubercle and 3 95cm bellow the inguinal ligament, or, clinically 3 95cm bellow the inguinal ligament and 0 5cm mediating the inner fringe of the thrombbing femoral artery Conclusion The determination of the position of the saphenofemoral junction is of clinical significance更多还原
