【摘要】 用 9种杀菌剂对玉米弯孢菌叶斑病菌 ( Curvularia lanata)的抑制作用进行了室内皿测定试验 ,结果表明 ,代森锰锌、百菌清、退菌特对病菌分生孢子萌发有明显的抑制作用 ,EC5 0 分别是 1 .61μg/ml、2 .1 1μg/ml、8.2 3μg/ml;退菌特、多硫合剂、甲基托布津、多菌灵对病菌菌丝生长有明显的抑制作用 ,EC5 0 分别为 1 0 .58μg/ml、2 4 .76μg/ml、30 .34 μg/ml、34 .2 1 μg/ml。田间试验结果表明 ,退菌特的防病效果最好 ,为 90 .70 % ,百菌清、多菌灵、多硫合剂、甲基托布津、福美双、普得丰、代森锰锌也有较好的效果 ,防效在 86.1 0 %～ 72 .52 %之间。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of 9 kinds of fungicides in conidia germination and mycelial growth of Curvularia lanata were studied through plate investigation indoors.The results showed that mancozeb,chlorothalonil and tuijunte had strong inhibition to conidia germination,with EC 50 value of 1.61μg/ml, 2.11μg/ml and 8.23μg/ml respectively; Tuijunte, carbendazim sulphur, opsin melthyl and carbendazim showed strong refrain effect on the mycelial growth, with EC 50 value of 10.58μg/ml, 24.76μg/ml ,30.34μg/ml and 34.21μg/ml respectively.The results of field experiments suggested that Tuijunte showed the best prevention and control effect(PCE),with the PCE value of 90.90%;chlorothalonil, carbendazim, carbendazim sulphur, topsin methyl, thiram, pudefeng and mancozeb showed better PCE,with the PCE value of 86.10%～75.52%.更多还原
