【Abstract】 On MS medium composed of different phytohormone, derivational buds of Green Giant ( Spathiphyllum spp) were subcultured, and then the clustered buds were growing. Thus,the effect of different hormone and concentration on the clustred buds was researched. The result shows the clustered buds were beneficial to growth on MS+BA 0 5～1+IBA/NAA 0 1(mg/L), and the production cost was lower; however the propagated coefficient was high on MS+BA 1～2+NAA 0 2～0 5.更多还原
