史氏鲟稚鱼的趋光性及不同光照周期对其生长的影响

【摘要】 采用不同光源、不同照度和光周期 ,观察了史氏鲟稚鱼的趋光性及其生长受光照周期的影响 ,结果表明 :(1)史氏鲟稚鱼在照度 10 0lx~ 110 0lx之间的趋光率为 4 9.5 5 % ,无显著的趋光性 ;当亮区照度在 130 0 0lx以上 ,稚鱼 10 0 %避光。 (2 )稚鱼在全黑 (0lx)、全光照 (72 0lx)和自然光周期 (0~ 5 80lx)的试验条件下饲养 35d后 ,其生长未表现出显著性差异 ,各试验组的总摄食量也未有显著性差异。处于全黑条件下的稚鱼的体色普遍变浅 ,呈灰白色 ;而另两种光周期条件下的稚鱼体色深黑 ,全光照条件下的稚鱼体色与自然光周期下的一样。结果还显示 ,史氏鲟稚鱼的生长表现出不等速性 ,全黑和自然光周期试验组的全长生长快于体重的生长 (b <3) ,而全光照组的全长生长慢于体重生长 (b >3)。

【Abstract】 With different light, illumination,photoperiod,phototaxis and effects of photoperiod on growth of juveniles amur sturgeon were studied. This study demonstrated that there was no significant difference in illumination perference of juvenile Amur sturgeon when illumination was ranged from 100Lx to 1 100 lx .However, juveniles were strongly photonegative when illumination was over 13 000 lx. In the experiments with illumination lower than 720 lx , there was no significant difference in growth and total food of juveniles reared under all dark(0 lx)?all light(720 lx) and natural light photopheriods(0~580 lx) after 35 days. Juveniles’ body blanched in all dark conditions,while the body color in both light and natural photoperiod condtion were as the same as normal. Juveniles grew in allometry, the body length of juveniles grew faster than the weight in all dark and natural photoperiod experiments, while the juveniles’ length grew slower than the weight in all light conditions.
