利用拮抗细菌防治棉花黄萎病
Biological Control of Cotton Verticillium Wilt by Antagonistic Bacteria
【摘要】 从棉花根围和根内分离到 17个供试菌株在平板对峙培养中 ,都能极显著抑制VerticilliumdahliaeKleb(简称Vd)的生长 ,其中 15株的抑菌率大于 6 5 % ,最高达 89.6 %。这些菌株的培养滤液也对Vd的生长有抑制作用。对供试细菌的防病及棉花出苗安全性所作的盆栽试验结果表明 ,13个菌株对棉花出苗表现安全 ;10个菌株防治棉花黄萎病效果极显著 ,其中 4株 (ICB 18、NCD 2、CS 2 5和CS 2 7)的防治效果达 72 .3%~ 81.4 % ;3株 (C 94、C 2 8和NCD 2 5 )的防治效果达 5 5 .7%~ 6 1.9% ,而且这 7株对棉花出苗都安全。田间试验结果表明 ,在这 7个菌株中 ,菌株NCD 2能够极显著地防治棉花黄萎病 ,防治效果为 78.1% ;另外 4株 (ICB 18、CS 2 5、C 94和C 2 8)能显著降低黄萎病病情指数 ,防治效果达 37.1%~ 4 7.3%。
【Abstract】 Seventeen antagonistic bacteria, isolated from rhizosphere and cotton root, were tested for their antagonism to Verticillium dahliae Kleb through dual culture method. Results showed that all of them more significantly inhibited the growth of V. dahliae at α =0.01 level. Inhibition rates of 15 strains were more than 65% and the highest one reached 89.6%. Control of cotton verticillium wilt by antagonistic bacteria was conducted in growth chamber. Results showed that 10 strains of antagonistic bacteria significantly reduced disease indices of cotton verticillium wilt, compared to CK. Among them, efficacy of control of 4 strains of antagonistic bacteria (ICB?18, NCD?2, CS?25 and CS?27) on cotton verticillium wilt were 72.3%~81.4%,and efficacy of control of 3 strains of antagonistic bacteria (C?94, C?28 and NCD?25) were 55.7%~61.9%. Control of cotton verticillium wilt by these seven strains of antagonistic bacteria was set up in field trial. Results indicated that 1 strain (NCD?2, the efficacy of control was 78.1%) more significantly controlled cotton verticillium wilt ( α =0.01) and 4 strains of bacteria (ICB?18, CS?25, C?94 and C?28 , their efficacy of control were between 37.1% and 47.3%) significantly reduced this disease at α =0.05 level. Preliminary result also demonstrated that antagonistic bacteria could produce some antibiotic substance which significantly inhibited the growth of V. dahliae .
