燃煤烟气中汞的形态分布及热力学模型预报
Mercury Speciation in Coal Fired Flue Gases and Its Thermal Dynamics Model Prediction
【摘要】 采用化学热力学平衡计算模型预报了汞在燃煤烟气中的化学形态分布 ,模型预报结果与国外研究者的实验结果比较符合 ;指出了汞在燃煤烟气中可能进行的化学反应 .研究表明在炉膛内的燃烧温度下 ,汞将蒸发并以单质汞的形态存在于气相之中 ,氯元素的存在可以大大增强汞的蒸发 ,随着烟气温度降低 ,单质汞会与烟气中的其他成分发生一系列化学反应 ,最终大部分汞将以氯化汞的形态随烟气排放到环境中
【Abstract】 Calculation model of chemical thermal dynamical equilibrium is used to predict the chemical speciation of mercury in coal fired flue gas. The results of prediction are correspondent to the experimental results from some foreign researchers, and some possible reactions of mercury in flue gas are proposed into gases in form of elemental mercury, and the existence of chlorine in flue gas greatly enhances the evaporation of mercury. As the flue gas being cooled, elemental mercury reacts with other species in flue gas. Finally most of the mercury emits into atmosphere in the form of mercury chloride.
