磁场引导羰基热分解法制备多晶铁纤维
Polycrystalline Iron Fibers Prepared by Pryolysis of Carbonyl by Introducing Magnetic Field
【摘要】 介绍了一种崭新的制备多晶铁纤维的方法———磁场引导羰基热分解法 ,并从羰基分解和磁场诱导原理出发 ,分析了羰基铁颗粒特有的洋葱结构的形成及其在磁场作用下相互连接 ,最终长成纤维的过程 .在此理论基础上 ,设计出一套纤维生长装置 ,并成功地制备出微米级铁纤维 .实验结果表明 :此法能够批量制得形貌均匀 ,长径比可调的高质量多晶铁纤维 .
【Abstract】 A novel method of the production of the polycrystalline iron fiber is introduced in this paper. On the basis of the theory of pyrolysis of carbonyl and the magnetic, the information of the peculiar structure of the carbonyl iron particles is analyzed, and the growth process of the fibers is discussed. According to the theory, a set of devices is designed, and the micro size fibers are manufactured successfully.
