激光加热三维瞬态温度场显示
Visualization of 3D Temperature Field in Laser Heating
【摘要】 建立激光加热三维温度场计算模型 ,绘制空间温度分布色温图 ,重点研究高斯分布的激光束移动速度、功率密度、光斑尺寸对空间温度场分布形态的影响 ;模拟显示激光热处理相变硬化带形状 ,分析相变硬化深度和宽度 .结果表明温度场色温图可以直观地分析硬化状态 ,而且光束移动速度、功率密度和光斑尺寸不同 ,色温图的形态也不同 .
【Abstract】 The computational model of 3 D temperature field of laser heating is established and the color temperature maps of spacial temperature distribution are protracted. The effects of displacement speed, power density and facular dimension on spacial configuration of temperature field distribution are investigated with Guass laser beam, and the hardening strip is simulated to analyze the depth and the width of transformation hardening. The results show that laser heating can be analyzed directly by using color temperature maps, and the shape of color temperature maps is varied with power density, speed and facular dimension.
