【摘要】 采用闭管回流分光光度法测定水样的化学需氧量 ,与标准回流法测定结果相当一致 ,方法的准确度和精确度符合测试要求 .试剂用量少、成本低、无需滴定、操作简便 ,易实现数据在线处理 ,尤其适合室内外批量测试 .文中考察了影响测试结果的因素 ,确立了试剂配制方法和操作程序更多还原

【Abstract】 A closed reflux spectrophotometric method (CRSM) for chemical oxygen demand (COD) test is described in this paper. The results obtained are in good agreement with those given by the standard reflux method (SM). The precision and accuracy are satisfactory for COD determination with advantages of less reagents, low cost, absence of titration, quick on\|line data processing, easily operating and adaptation for batch analysis. Factors affecting the analytical results are optimized while the reagents and operating procedure come with regulation.更多还原
