发达国家船舶配员现状与未来
Vessel Manning in Developed Countries Present and Future
【摘要】 简述了国际航运发达国家船舶配员减少的发展过程，总结了船舶配员减少的基础和主要方法，目的是为我国国家、航运企业及航海教育提供参考。
【Abstract】 The experience of vessel manning reducing is introduced. The base and method is summarized in vessel manning reduction in developed countries. The purpose of this study is to supply references for our country，shipping company and MET.
