【摘要】 目的　探讨不育症患者Uu与AsAb的关系。方法　应用分离培养法与ELISA法对临床 2 0 5例不育症患者分别进行了Uu和AsAb检测。结果　Uu感染组和Uu未感染组AsAb阳性率 ,女性分别为34.2 9%和 10 .0 0 % (χ2 =9.39,P <0 .0 1) ,男性分别为 2 5.58%和 4 .76 % (χ2 =7.11,P <0 .0 1)。结论　Uu感染可增加AsAb的产生 ,可能与不育有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship beween Ureaplasma urealyticum( Uu) and Antisperm Antibody( AsAb) in infertile patients. Methods: Microbiological culture method and Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were seperately used to detect the Uu and AsAb of 205 infertile patients. Results: The positive rates of AsAb in female infectivity group and uninfectivity group with infection of Uu were 34.28% and 10.00% respectively; However,the positive rates of AsAb were 25.58% in male infectivity group of Uu, 4.70% in uninfectivity group of Uu respectively. There was all significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.01) . Conclusion: The Uu may increase the productivity of AsAb.更多还原
