【摘要】 报道了聚丙烯酰凝胶电泳 (PAGE)法测定海洋酸性寡糖如卡拉胶、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯及褐藻胶及其衍生物的方法。实验结果表明 :PAGE对海洋酸性寡糖具有较高的分离能力。电泳后的凝胶经阿利辛蓝 (Alcianblue)染色并用扫描仪保存图象 ,所得图象通过专用分析软件对结果进行数字化分析 ,经和肝素寡糖标准品比较 ,可得到样品纯度及相对分子质量的分布信息更多还原

【Abstract】 The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) analysis method applied to some marine acidic oligosaccharides,such as carrageenan,sulfated fucan,alginate and its derivatives was reported in this paper.The experimental results showed that PAGE can be used in the analyses of some acidic marine oligosaccharides.The gel was visualized by Alcian blue after electrophoresis and scanned by image scanner.The image stored in the computer was analyzed by special software,the molecular weight and its distribution were assessed by com paring with heparin oligosaccharides standard.更多还原
