【摘要】 我国成人教育事业80年代开始起步，目前虽基本上形成多层次、多形式、多渠道的办学体制，但从总体看，学历教育在我国成人教育中仍占很大比例。今后，随着普通高校招生规模的扩大，未来社会对知识快速更新的需求，我国成人教育工作将出现以继续教育、终身教育、前沿科技岗位培训为主发展的趋势，落后偏远地区的成教工作也亟待开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 With reference to the current situation of adult education in developed countries,we can find the adult education came into being in the 1980s,Although a multi－level,multiform and multi－channeled teaching system has taken into its basic form,totally record of formal schooling in education occupies a great proportion at present.The expanded enrolment in average colleges and the requirement to knowledge renewal in future society,will make adult education advance in the direction of mainly continuing education,lifelong education and frontier science and technology training,and adult education in backward and remote regions is in urgent need of being developed.更多还原
