散斑跨零点法在实时监测淋巴流速中的应用

【摘要】 目的实现利用激光技术获得在体大鼠肠系膜上淋巴细胞的实时流速动力学特征。方法采用散斑干涉跨零点法对模型实验中匀速流动和模仿淋巴细胞运动的intralipid(英脱利匹特 )、正常状态下的淋巴流和血流以及药物作用下的淋巴流 ,监测其流速动力学特征 ,同时与散斑干涉功率谱进行比较。结果利用散斑跨零点法获得了淋巴细胞的实时流速特征 ,且有效地监测到药物作用下淋巴流速的改变。但在其对应的散斑功率谱上没有获得相应地显著性变化。结论散斑跨零点法能有效地监测淋巴细胞的实时流速 ,为临床淋巴系统疾病诊断提供重要依据

【Abstract】 Objective To measure the real time velocity of lymphatic flow in rat mesentery in vivo. Method Using the method of zero crossings of laser speckle (ZCLS) as well as speckle interferometry power spectra, velocity was measured in: 1)intralipid with uniform and the motion simulating lymph (model experiment); 2)blood and lymphatic flow; 3)lymphatic flow under the influence of Metaraminol bitartrate. Result Real time characteristics of the lymphatic flow were obtained, and the change of lymph velocity under the influence of drug were measured, though they were not significantly manifested in the speckle power spectra. Conclusion The results suggest that method of ZCLS could effectively measure the real time velocity of lymphatic flow, and provide evidence for clinical diagnose of lymphatic system disease.
