【Abstract】 There are many factors relating to the advancing and retreating of the state enterprise. From macroeconomics, this paper analyses some factors of adjustment of industrial structure, such as industry character, pillar industry, entry into the WTO, etc. From microscopic, how to set up modern enterprise system is discussed in the point of view of lowering the debt ratio and improving the capital structure.更多还原
