【Abstract】 To administer a country in accordance with the law is our Party’s strategy in ruling the country. In order to do this work effectively, first we should have "good laws". Secondly we should have fit political environment. The paper puts forward to mainly enhance quality of politics and to reform the political system which is not fit to the environment in ruling a country according to law.
