海洋低温溶菌酶抗肿瘤活性的初步研究
Preliminary studies on anti-tumoractivity of marine low-temperature lysozyme
【摘要】 通过观察海洋低温溶菌酶对体外培养细胞株增殖的影响、对角膜诱生血管的影响、对小鼠肉瘤 S180 (实体型 )及对小鼠肝癌 HAC(实体型 )的抑制作用 ,探讨海洋低温溶菌酶抑制肿瘤生长活性。结果表明 ,该酶与蛋清溶菌酶在抑瘤作用机制上有很大区别 ,海洋低温溶菌酶具有血管生成抑制因子的活性 ,故对肿瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用
【Abstract】 The anti tumor effect of marine low temperature lysozyme is studied by means of experiments on its effects on proliferation of cell strains culturing in vitro, and conea inducing vessel, its inhibition to mouse sarcoid S 180 and mouse liver cancer HAC etc.. The resurt shows that the lysozyme differs greatly from white egg lysozyme in their mechanism of inhibition to tumor. The marine low temperature lysozyme has the activity of angiogenesis inhibiting factor, which can inhibit the growth of tumor strikely.
