野生与养殖甲鱼生化成分的比较研究

【摘要】 对野生与养殖甲鱼的生化成分进行了分析。结果表明 ,野生与养殖甲鱼除背甲与内脏重量组成略有差异外 ,其他各部分重量组成相近。野生甲鱼裙边蛋白质含量高于养殖甲鱼。养殖甲鱼内脏脂肪含量高于野生甲鱼。养殖甲鱼裙边氨基酸总量高于肌肉 ,而必需氨基酸总量则相反。雄性甲鱼裙边与肌肉中氨基酸总量高于雌性甲鱼。

【Abstract】 Biochemical components of wild and culture turtles are analyzed.The result shows that the weight compositions of other parts in wild and culture turtles are similar, except that the weight compositions of carpcarapace and gut in wild and culture turtles have a little difference.The protein content in calipash of wild turtle is higher than that of culture turtle. The fat content in gut of culture turtle is higher than that of wild turtle.The total contents of amino acid in calipash of culture turtle are higher than those of muscle, and the total contents of essential amino acid are opposite.The total contents of amino acid in calipash and muscle of male turtle are higher than those of female turtle.
