【Abstract】 This paper is about the research on the ability structure of elite coaches by the ways of document,questionnair and statistics.It finds out how elite coachess ability structure is composed,what common character it has,what role it plays in the course of their developing.Thereby,these research results can provide scientific evidence used to purposely develop and manage the coaches group for the relevant department.更多还原
