【摘要】 课题基于多年的教学经验 ,运用多种研究方法 ,对体操教学内容新体系的指导思想、总体设计进行了研究和分析。通过实践验证了在新体系指导下的体操教学内容的可行性 ,重视了实践性教学环节 ,强调了教学内容的针对性和实用性 ,不仅有效地改善了学生的知识结构 ,启迪了学生创新思维 ,提高了学生的实践能力 ,体现了体操教学内容新体系在培养学生综合能力方面的整体效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the description of feasibility to establish a new teaching system of gymnastics on several years experiment through different research approaches,this paper mainly describes the guiding concepts and its general framework of the new system.The actual teaching contents of the system have proved that is has not only improved students knowledge structure,but also widened the scope of the original specialty.The whole positive effect has also been achieved as the teaching contents of the new system is practical as well as purposeful.更多还原
