钻井泥浆和消油剂对合浦珠母贝的急性毒性效应

【摘要】 采用 96h急性毒性试验 ,配合滤食率和微核检测等方法 ,比较了石油勘探开发用 3种钻井泥浆和 3种消油剂对合浦珠母贝成贝急性毒性效应。实验结果表明 :3种钻井泥浆对合浦珠母贝的半致死浓度均大于 10 5mg/L ;3种消油剂的半致死浓度分别为 10 47、5 0 11和 2 6 30mg/L ;滤食率与钻井泥浆和消油剂的浓度呈负相关 ;微核细胞率则与之呈正相关

【Abstract】 Acute toxicity tests of three types of bore mud and oil dispersants on Pinctada fucata were studied. The results showed that 96h LC 50 values of bore mud were over 10 5 mg/L, and that of three types of oil dispersants were 1 047 mg/L, 5 011 mg/L and 2 630 mg/L respectively. The filtration rate in 2 hours of Pinctada fucata , which have been exposed to oil drilling mud and oil dispersants for 96 hours, is negatively correlated with the concentrations of each sample; and the frequency of micronuclei cells, positively.
