【摘要】 目的　建立一种稳定、快速的柱前衍生—反相高效液相色谱测定血清和脑脊液中多种氨基酸的方法。方法　样品用ACCQFluor试剂进行衍生化后 ,在C18色谱柱上采用三梯度淋洗分离 ,荧光检测器检测。结果　本方法回收率在 10 1.3%～ 97.9%之间 ,10次测定的RSD均小于 5 %。结论　 1个样品在 36min内可完成 17种氨基酸的分离测定 ,各种氨基酸之间分离良好 ,方法快速、稳定、准确 ,可用于临床及科研样品的检测更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method to determine amino-acid in CSF and serum by HPLC after pre-column derivatization.Methods The serum and CSF sample were derived by ACCQ.Fluor reagent were separated by three-gradient elution and detected by Fluorscence detector.Results The 17 amino-acid were separated completely.The method recovery were between 97.9% and 101.3% with the RSD were less than 5%.Conclusion The method are used to determine 35 CSF and 20 serum from patient,which showed that the method can be applied in clinical detection and science research.更多还原
