用腹水代替卵巢癌组织检测mdr1可行性研究
Viability of mdr1 detection by using ascites cancerous cells rather than neoplastic tissue in ovarian carcinoma
【摘要】 目的 探讨初治晚期卵巢癌患者癌组织及腹水癌细胞中多药耐药基因 (mdr1)表达及其相关性。方法 应用RT PCR技术对 34例卵巢癌患者的癌组织及腹水癌细胞的mdr1表达进行检测。结果 卵巢癌组织mdr1阳性表达率为 2 0 6 % ,腹水癌细胞mdr1阳性表达率为 2 6 5 % ,经统计学处理二者间无显著性差异。结论 卵巢癌组织与腹水癌细胞mdr1表达具有相关性 ,腹水mdr1表达情况可间接反映卵巢癌组织细胞对化疗药物耐受程度
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation of mdr 1 expression between neoplastic tissues and ascites cancerous cells(ACC) in advanced ovarian carcinoma.Methods The mdr 1 expression of neoplastic tissues and ascites cancerous cells were detected by RT PCR in 34 ovarian carcinomas.Results The positive expression of mdr 1 was 20.6% in neoplastic tissues and 26.5% in ACC.The difference had no statistical significance.Conclusion The expression of mdr 1 in ACC can tell indirectly the multidrug resistance degree of ovarian neoplastic tissues.
