急性吗啡成瘾大鼠模型的建立
Making the model quickly for morphinomania in rats
【摘要】 目的 研究建立急性吗啡成瘾大鼠模型及对血液离子成份的影响。方法 将 6 0只大鼠随机分成吗啡成瘾组和对照组 ,比较成瘾组和对照组大鼠的戒断症状和血液分析。结果 成瘾组纳络酮诱发戒断症状结果是(34.82± 0 .5 3)次 ,对照组的结果是 (1.0 1± 0 .6 4)次 ,统计学处理显示组间差异很显著 (P <0 .0 1)。在血液离子成份上 ,统计学处理显示组间差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 急性吗啡成瘾大鼠模型的建立是切实可行的
【Abstract】 Objective To make the model quickly for morphinomania in rats and to study the changes of K +, Na +, Cl -, Ca ++ in the rats blood before and after addication.Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were divided randomly into sham-operated group, morphinomania group. After five days, analysed the differences of withdrawal symptom.Results There were very significant differences between the groups in the withdrawal symptom and controls( P <0.01),but no significant differences in blood k+, Na +, Cl -, Ca ++ between experimental and control group ( P >0.05). Conclusion The model for morphinomania in rats can be safety, efficiently used in clinical trial according to this experiment.
