【摘要】 目的　探讨以健康家兔口腔粘膜为抗原 ,建立复发性口腔粘膜溃疡的动物模型。方法　采用免疫技术建立复发性口腔粘膜溃疡的动物模型。结果　实验动物出现口腔粘膜溃疡 ,在最后一次免疫注射后 10天 ,溃疡开始增多 ,抗体效价显著增高 ,2个月后溃疡减少 ,抗体水平降低。结论　本实验建立的动物模型其体征表现和病理组织变化同人类复发性口腔粘膜溃疡相似更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore using antigen with the oral membrane of the rabbits,the animal model of the recurrent oral ulcer will be established.Methods Immunization was used to establish the animal model.Results The test animal appeared the oral ulcer.The ulcer grew in number and the antibody effect value remarkably rose after the ten days of the last antigen injection.The ulcers number were reduced and antibody level was lower after two months.Conclusion The animal model that were established by us with symptoms and pathologic changement,are similar with the mankind’s.更多还原
