【摘要】 目的　探讨电视腹腔镜下胆囊切除术 (LC)中持镜助手如何更好地配合术者操作。方法　总结我院自1997年 7月至 1999年 7月行LC术 10 3例的经验。结果　除 1例术中损伤肝总管外 ,其余均疗效满意。结论　LC术中持镜助手必须根据术者的不同操作恰当地给出远景或近景 ,及时调节镜头的位置 ,才能取得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study how an assistant holding the laparoscope during LC(laparoscopic cholecystectomy) coordinates with the operator.Methods 103 cases performed LC were summarized.Results Common bile duct injury was found in one case.The rest were good.Conclusion Laparoscope should be adjusted following the operator’s manipulation.更多还原
