硫酸高铈催化合成乳酸正丁酯
Synthesis of n-Butyl lactate Catalyzed by Cerium Sulphate Crystal
【摘要】 研究了利用硫酸高铈催化合成乳酸正丁酯 ,详细探讨了影响酯化反应的因素 ,确定了最佳工艺参数。结果表明 ,酸醇摩尔比为 1∶3 0 ,催化剂用量为 1 0g(乳酸为 0 1mol情况下 ) ,反应时间为 2 0h ,酯收率可达 86 %以上
【Abstract】 n-Buty1 lactate was synthesized from lactic acid and n-butanol in the presence of catalrst-cerium sulphate crystal(Ce(SO 4) 2 ·2H 2O).The influence of reaction conditions were investigated and optimal condition was obtained.The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be:weight of catalyst was 1.0g(weight of lactic acid if 0.1mol),molar ratio of n-butanol to lactic acid 3 0∶1,reaction time was 2.0h.The yield of esters was over 86%.
