【摘要】 目的 :探讨支气管哮喘患者外周血白细胞粘附分子β2 整合素 (β2 -integrin ,CD18)和血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(sICAM - 1,CD5 4)变化及其意义。方法 :采用流式细胞仪检测支气管哮喘患者外周血白细胞CD18和血清sICAM - 1的表达。结果 :(1)支气管哮喘患者外周血白细胞CD18和血清sICAM - 1表达呈显著正相关 (γ =0 934 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :支气管哮喘患者外周血白细胞CD18和血清sICAM - 1表达增加 ,可能是支气管哮喘重要的发病机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the change and significance of CD18 and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in periheral blood with bronchial asthmatics.Method:The expression of CD18 and sICAM-1 were determined by flow cytometry.Result:①The expression of CD18 and sICAM-1 were significant increased compare with control( P <0 05) ②The positive correlation was found between CD18 and sICAM-1 in bronchial asthma patients (γ=0.934, P <0.05).Conclusion:The increase of expression CD18 and sICAM-1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.更多还原
