【摘要】 目的 :探讨尿液内皮素 (ET)在狼疮性肾炎 (LN)患者中的变化及对临床的指导意义。方法 :5 9例LN患者分为活动期 (32例 )与稳定期 (2 7例 )两组 ,另选取 2 8例正常健康人为对照组 ,采用放射免疫法检测各组尿液中内皮素的含量 ,比较其水平差异 ,同时对比观察LN患者尿液ET含量与免疫学指标及血沉的关系。结果 :LN活动期组尿ET含量显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,稳定期组尿ET含量与正常对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而LN活动期组尿ET含量明显高于稳定期组 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,并与抗核抗体、抗双链DNA抗体、血沉呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,与补体C3、C4 呈显著负相关 (P <0 0 5 )。LN肾功能不全组与肾功能正常组尿ET含量均显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,LN肾功能不全组尿ET含量明显高于肾功能正常组(P <0 0 0 5 )。结论 :ET可能参与了LN的发病及疾病进展 ,尿液ET可作为评价LN活动、病情轻重、疗效观测及肾损害程度的一个临床参考指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the change and clinical value of urine endothelin (ET) in the patients with lupus nephritis (LN).Methods:The 59 patients with LN were divided into two groups,the active (32 cases) and the inactive (27 cases).Select Twenty-eight healthy people were selected as the control case.With radioimmunoassay the level of urine ET was compared.Then research The relation of the levels of urine ET was investigated.The comparative analysis of the levels of urine ET and the relation between indices of immunology,and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were carried out.Result:The levels of urine ET in the active cases was much higher than that in the inactive LN and the control groups ( P <0 05).The level of urine ET was significant correlated significantly with antinuclear antibody,anti-ds DNA antibody and ESR ( P <0 01),and negative correlation with complement C 3 and complement C 4 ( P <0 05).The level of urine ET had no significant difference between inactive group and active group ( P >0 05).The level of urine ET in LN patients with renal damage was obviously higher than that of the normal.Conclusion:ET might play a role pathogenesis and progress of LN.Urine ET could used as clinical standard to evaluate the activity of LN,the extent of the disease,the evaluation of treatment and the extent of renal damage.更多还原
