【摘要】 目的 :建立好娃友口服液中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法 :采用甲醇溶解稀释样品 ,Shim packCLC ODS柱 ( 5 μm ,15 0mm× 6 0mm) ,以甲醇 水 ( 38∶6 2 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 85nm。 结果 :橙皮苷进样量在 0 18～ 1 45 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 9999) ,平均加样回收率为 10 0 1% (n =5 ,RSD =1 84% )。结论 :该法可用于好娃友口服液的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in Haowayou oral solution METHODS:The content of hesperidin in Haowayouoral solution was determined by RP HPLC.The condition was ODS column,(5 μm ,150 mm ×6 0 mm); methanol water=38∶62 as mobile phase, and detective wavelength was 285 nm RESULTS:Within the range of 0 18～1 45 μg, hesperidin presented a fine linear relationship between amount and peak area( r =0 9999) The average recovery in sample was 100 1%( n =5, RSD =1 84%) CONCLUSION:The established HPLC method could be used for determination of hesperidin in Haowayou oral solution更多还原
