成都地区728例正常青少年呼气峰流量探讨
Study of Peak Expiratory Flow in 728 Normal Adolescents in Chengdu Area
【摘要】 目的 建立正常青少年呼气峰流量 (PEF,又称峰流量或最大呼气流量 )的正常值及回归方程。方法 对 72 8例 8~ 19岁的正常青少年的 PEF以及用力肺活量 (FVC)、·V75 、·V5 0 、·V2 5 等常规肺通气功能进行了测定。结果 PEF以及 FVC、·V75 、·V5 0 、·V2 5 均随年龄增长而上升。回归方程中男女青少年的 PEF与年龄及 FVC呈高度正相关 ,男性 PEF还与体重呈正相关 ;复相关系数在男、女青少年分别为 0 .85及 0 .78。 PEF与 ·V75 、·V5 0 、·V2 5的相关性在男女青少年均高 ,特别是 ·V75 ,其相关系数在男、女青少年均达 0 .98。 PEF的变异系数在男女青少年均为 15 %~ 2 0 % ,处于正常范围。结论 本研究为正常青少年 PEF提供的正常值范围和回归方程 ,可供评价同龄支气管哮喘及其他呼吸道疾病患者肺功能参考。
【Abstract】 Objective This study was carried out to build the normal values and regression equations of peak expiratory flow (PEF) in normal adolescents.Methods PEF and routine ventilatory functions, FVC, ·V 75 ,·V 50 ,·V 25 were measured in 728 normal adolescents aged 8 19. Results The PEF and FVC, ·V 75 , ·V 50 , ·V 25 rose with the increase of age. The regression equations showed that PEF was highly positively correlated with age and FVC both in male and female adolescents, and also positively correlated with body weight in males; the coefficients of multiple correlation were 0.85 and 0.78 in male and female ones respectively. Correlations of PEF with ·V 75 , ·V 50 , ·V 25 were also high, especially with ·V 75 of which the correlation coefficients came up to 0.98 both in male and female adolescents. The coefficients of variation were 15% 20% both in male and female adolescents, and were in normal ranges.Conclution The normal ranges and regression equations of PEF provided for normal adolescents can be used to evaluate the pulmonary functions of patients who are in the same age group suffering from bronchial asthma and other respiratory diseases.
