六铝酸盐SrNiyAl12-yO19-δ催化CO2重整甲烷制合成气性能表征
Characterization of Properties of Hexluminates SrNiyAl12-yO19-δ Catalyzing CO2 Reforming of Methane to Synthesis Gas
【摘要】 制备了一系列六铝酸盐SrNiyAl12 -yO19-δ(y =0 .3,0 .6 ,0 .9,1.0 )催化剂 ,并用XRD ,XPS和TGA技术对其结构和性能进行了表征 .结果表明 ,该系列催化剂具有相同的晶体结构 ,当Ni调变量既y在 0 <y≤ 1范围内 ,可以获得纯六铝酸盐SrNiyAl12 -yO19-δ晶相 .在 780℃二氧化碳重整甲烷制合成气反应过程中 ,六铝酸盐SrNiyAl12 -yO19-δ表现出良好的催化活性和稳定性 ,没有因少量积炭而失活 .反应活性明显地受到Ni调变量的影响 ,在相同反应条件下 ,甲烷和二氧化碳转化率随Ni调变量增大而提高
【Abstract】 A series of hexaaluminate SrNi yAl 12-yO 19 -δ (y=0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.0) catalysts were prepared and characterized using XRD, XPS and TGA techniques. The results showed that the series of catalysts Sr Ni yAl 12-yO 19-δ exhibited almost the same crystal structur e, and that a pure hexaaluminate SrNi yAl 12-yO 19-δ phase c ould be formed only when y value is at 0<y≤1. The reduced hexaaluminat es exhibited significant catalytic activities and stability for the reaction of CO 2 reforming of methane to synthesis gas at 780 ℃, and no deactivation due to carbon deposition was found. The catalytic activities were obviously affected by the modifier Ni in the lattices. Under the same reaction condition, the conv ersions of CH 4 and CO 2 increased with the amount (y value) of the modifi er Ni.
