β-环糊精包合荧光法对异补骨脂素血药浓度的探测
Monitor the Blood Drug Concentration of Isopsoralen by β-cyclodextrin Inclusion Fluorescence
【摘要】 本文用 β 环糊精包含荧光法对兔体中异补骨脂素的血药浓度进行了连续监测 ,达峰时间为 1 0 955h ,血中异补骨脂素的含量在 0 2 7～ 2 2 4 μg mL之间。方法简便、快速、效果良好
【Abstract】 The content of isopsoralen in blood drug was monitored continously by β cyclodextrin inclusion fluorescence.The peak time is 1 0955h.The concentration of isopsoralen in blood is 0 27～2 24μg/mL.This method is characterized with rapidity and sensitivity.\;
