【Abstract】 A polysaccharide XC 1 was obtained from \%Angelica sinensis\% (Oliv) Diels by extraction with hot water, then alcohol precipitation, and further purified through DEAE Sephadex A 25 column chromatography. The molecular weight from GPC was 1.0×10\+5. The composition and glycosidic linkage of XC 1 was assayed by the capillary gas chromatography of its acetylated and methylated derivatives, respectively. The results showed that the main chain of polysaccharide is composed of α 1,6 D glucose.更多还原
