【Abstract】 Ethyl 1,3 oxathiolane was synthesized by the reaction of 2 mercaptoethanol and propyl aldehyde in the presence of p toluene sulfonic acid, with benzene as azeotropic dehydrating agent. The yield was 91% and the purity was 96%. Structure of the compound was charaactorized of IR, GC MS and 1H NMR. This synthetic scheme was convenient with high yield.更多还原
