乙二胺气固相催化环合哌嗪的研究
Study on Catalyzed Cyclization of Ethylenediamine in Gas-Solid Phase
【摘要】 本文系统地研究了以乙二胺为原料 ,在固定床反应器中常压合成哌嗪并联产三乙烯二胺的工艺。确定了用KCl改性的HZSM - 5型分子筛为该反应的催化剂。对反应的主要工艺参数进行了优化 ,当反应温度在 340℃~ 345℃范围内 ,原料液为 0 5(质量分数 )的乙二胺水溶液 ,进料量为 0 2mL min时 ,乙二胺的转化率接近 1 0 0 % ,哌嗪与三乙烯二胺的选择性分别在 35 %~ 75 %和 5 %~ 1 5 %之间变化
【Abstract】 This paper concerned about the study on manufacture routes for piperazine and triethylenediamine from ethylenediamine in fixed bed reactor.A series of catalysts were prepared and examined.The zeolite HZSM-5 with KCl modified was found to be the best one.Furthermore,the reaction parameters were optimized.The temperature is about 340℃,the concentration of ethylenediamine is 50%,and the input speed is 0 2ml/min.Under above condition,the conversion of ethylenediamine is above 93%.The selectivity of the reaction is up to 93%.
