间歇聚酯缩聚反应过程的模拟与优化
Simulation and optimization of batch condensation polymerization process of polyester
【摘要】 考察了聚酯工业生产中影响扩散的搅拌转速和粘度因素 ,对过程中的各种因素进行了比较 ,并结合实际工业过程对各种因素进行了合理简化 ,建立了缩聚反应釜的拟均相数学模型 ,并用生产数据对确定模型参数进行了修正。在此基础上 ,对实际生产进行优化 ,取得了显著的效果
【Abstract】 The influences of agitated rate and viscosity on diffusion of polyester production are investigated, and the factors in industry process are compared and simplified rationally. The mathematical model of simulated homogeneous phase for batch condensation polymerization reactor is established with its parameters corrected by operational data. The result of simulation is good agreement with that of real process.
