金属酞菁及助催化剂存在下对乙苯的液相催化氧化
Liquid Phase Oxidation of Ethylbenzene Catalyzed by Metal Phthalocyanines in the Presence of Co-Catalyst
【摘要】 在常压氧、10 0℃反应条件下 ,研究了不同金属酞菁及助催化剂K2 Cr2 O7存在时对乙苯液相催化氧化的活性 ,同时考察了高价金属氧化物V2 O5、MnO2 、MoO3 在钴酞菁液相催化氧化乙苯中的协同效应。反应时间 6h内 ,无助催化剂K2 Cr2 O7存在时 ,钴酞菁具有较高的活性 ,铁酞菁具有最高的转化率
【Abstract】 The liquid oxidation of ethylbenzene catalyzed by metal phthalocyanines MPc(M=Co,Fe,Cu,Mn)in the presence of Co-catalyst was investigated under normal pressure of oxygen at 100℃.Synergistic effect of high-valent transition metal oxide(V 2O 5,MnO 2,MoO 3)in the liquid phase oxidation of ethylbenzene catalyzed by CoPc was also studied.In the absence of Co-catalyst,the catalytic activity of CoPc was higher than that of FePc,CuPc or MnPc,FePc had best conversion in the period of reaction.The addition of catalytic amount of K 2Cr 2O 7,V 2O 5
