【Abstract】 The coastal sea area is a compound zone of sea-land integration, where the pollution prevention and control should be an integrated social, ecnomic and administrative one. The paper analyses the mechanism for the sea-land integrated regulation and control of pollution in the coastal sea area, discusses the object, starting point, motivating forces and measures for the regulation and control, and constructs the model for the sea-land integrated regulation and control of pollution.更多还原
