【Abstract】 The implementation of the reemployment project of the kid-off workers and unemployed people in the S. O. enterprises must be followed with corresponding principles and wide thinking, as well as creative spirit and dialectical administration. The principles include macro-overall administration, broadening sources of income and reducing expenditure, treating a disease by looking into its root cause and symptoms, proceeding in an orderly way and self-ruling as well. The thinking is about the building of reemployment park and encouraging the laid - off workers and unemployed people to the places where there’ re best needed, putting small drainage area under control,developing the service industry in the cities on a large scale, postively increasing the domestic need and stimulating the consumers’fever, trying to develop labour-concentrated industry with high additional values, developing knowledge economy through high-tech industry,supporting the middle-sized and the small enterprises as well as the privately-owned enterprises, aiming at the world market and increasing the export of labour, arranging and organizing reemployment training.更多还原
