【摘要】 目的探讨三房心的临床诊断和外科治疗方法。方法总结1994年至2000年,4例三房心患者施行外科手术的情况。结果本组4例患者畸形矫治满意,术后恢复好。结论超声心动图对于三房心的诊断具有较高的价值;三房心是一种罕见的心脏畸形,多合并其他心内畸形,手术切除左房内隔膜并同时矫治其他心内畸形可获得满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment of cor triatriatum.Methods The surgical treatment course of 4 patients with cor triatrium(3 male,1 female),aged 9 months～25 years,admitted from 1994 to 2000 were summarized. Results The surgical result of this team was satisfied.Conclusion Color Doppler echocardiography(CDE)is of great value in the diagnosis of cor triatriatum.It can get good result to resect diaphragm of left atrium and correct associated cardiac malformation simultaneously.更多还原
