【摘要】 目的探讨原发性卵巢小细胞癌 (SCC)组织学发生，诊断和治疗。方法报告 1例卵巢 SCC治疗情况并复习国内外文献共 38例；分析其病理特征；结果①卵巢 SCC可能起源于卵巢的上皮组织；② 2/3患者伴高钙血症；③术后生存时间短。结论无论何种治疗方法，本病预后均差，联合治疗 (特别是放疗 )可能延长生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the histogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and the survival time of the primary ovarian small cell carcinoma(Ovarian SCC) Metheds A case of ovarian SCC was reported and 38 cases of worldwide literature were reviewed.The pathological characteristic was analyzed. Results① Ovarian SCC perhaps originated from ovarian epithelium;② Two third of the patients were concomitant with hypercalcinemia;③ The postoperative time of surviving was poor. Conclusion Whatever treatment was performed,the prognosis of ovarian SCC was poor.The combined therapy(especially radiation therapy)might make the survival time longer.更多还原
