点燃式发动机点火控制中机械离心提前特性的电子模拟

【摘要】 点燃式发动机的点火控制要满足发动机不同工况的要求 ,点火提前角的离心提前控制是其中的重要部分 .由机械装置组成的离心提前控制有响应滞后和性能不稳定的缺点 .本文以几种典型分电器的离心提前特性为标准 ,采用电子曲线拟合手段 ,实现了离心提前特性的电子化和可控化 ,为发动机点火的实时控制提供了方便 .经分电器试验台测试 ,提前特性完全符合标准要求 .

【Abstract】 Ignition control of spark\|ignition engines must be able to satisfy a great diversity of work of engines. The centrifugal advance of spark advance angle is an important part of control in engine. There are some defects of response and instable set of data in the control system made up of machanical device. Using electronic imitation as measure and several kinds of representative ignition distributors’s centrifugal advance characteristic as criterion, this paper realizes electronicization and controllization of centrifugal advance, thus offering convenience for real time ignition control of engines. The test of testbed shows that the advance characteristic is completely up to the standard.\;
