关于加强高校领导班子建设的实践与探索
Pratice and Exploration of Enhancing the Building of Leading Body in Our College or University
【摘要】 本文从加强素质建设、制度建设、作风建设和廉政建设四个方面 ,论述了新形势下加强高校领导班子建设的基本要求和实践经验。
【Abstract】 From the cultivation of characteristic, leadership structure, work style and honesty, the author discusses the basic claims and practical experience of enhancing the building of leading body in our college or university under new situation.
