工业炉煤粉旋风预燃器气相流场回归分析
Regression Analysis on Gas Phase Flow Field of Pulverized Coal in Cylone Precombuster of Industrial Furnace
【摘要】 采用实验数据回归分析的方法 ,建立多项式回归方程式及通式 ,研究旋风预燃器断面和空间两种情况的气相流场各特性参数 .用复相关系数 R和残余标准误差 S检验回归方程和确定多项式的项数和幂次 ,直到方程的最优化 .另以实例说明上述内容的运用 ,并用图表显示建立的优化数学模型所能达到高度“显著”.其与实验数据能很好拟合 ,表明所建立的旋风预燃器流场模型具有计算程序通用性好、工作量小和精度高等特点 ,有较高的工程实用价值 .
【Abstract】 By adopting regression analysis of experimental data, the multinomial regression equations of charactoristic parameters of gasphase flow fields in cross section and space of cyclone precombuster as two situation and their general formula are set up. By using coefficient of multiple correlation R and residual standard errors, the regression equations are tested and the item and the power of multinomial are determined and optimized. The results of examples indicate that the optimized mathematical model will come up to high pronounced and well accord with experimental data. The flow field model of cyclone precombuster set up by the authors is characterized by good in generality of counting routine and small in work load and high in accuracy. It has also fairly high practical value in engineering.
